Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based at Apurva Residency in Bokaro. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and promote room bookings and related services. Daily responsibilities include explaining offerings and pricing, supporting walk-in guests, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and coordinating with the front office and management to ensure a seamless booking experience. The role also involves following up with potential clients, assisting in basic promotional activities,



and providing feedback from customers to help improve services.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on clear and respectful communication.
Basic sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable options.
Comfort with using phones, email, and straightforward digital tools or property management systems to handle inquiries and bookings.
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and guest interactions efficiently.
Ability to work on-site in Bokaro, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing guest demands and schedules.
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or hospitality is a plus.
