Job Responsibilities
Plan and manage overall production operations.
Achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
Lead supervisors, engineers and production teams.
Control manufacturing costs, manpower and material utilization.
Drive continuous improvement, safety and operational efficiency.
Supervise daily BLDC motor assembly and production activities.
Manage manpower allocation and shift operations.
Monitor daily production targets, quality and rejection rates.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards and 5S practices.
Prepare daily production reports.

Requirements
BE / B.Tech or Diploma with relevant manufacturing management experience.
Typically 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
Solid knowledge of production planning, quality and team leadership.
BLDC motor or electrical manufacturing experience preferred.
Job Location: Ahilyanagar MIDC

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
