IoTivity Communications Private Limited is a rapid growing IoT company and is looking for a smart, energetic telecaller for handling inbound and outbound calls for it's customers.
Job descriptions:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers;
Introduce products and services;
Qualify leads based on customer requirements;
Schedule meetings and demonstrations;
Maintain call records;
Conduct follow-ups;
Update CRM / database;
Support the sales team in converting qualified leads;
Key skills:
Excellent Communication in English, Hindi;
Tele-calling;
Lead Qualification;
Customer Handling;
Follow-up;
Basic MS Office;
CRM;
Working days:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
