Identifying, locating and proposing recent potential sites by conducting extensive market survey and exploring current opportunities
Negotiation with vendors, finalize and ensure sites available for timely opening as per business plan
Preparing and presenting a detailed market survey PPT & MOU trigger to senior management
Ensure smooth handover to the projects team with complete civil work as per terms.
Provide CAD drawings and coordinate with vendor (landlord) to ensure execution of the project as per terms
Completing formalities and legal compliances as per terms including MOU, lease deed and power connection
Providing end-to-end support and coordination for new store opening. Keeping record of all statutory and legal documents
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing recent and different requests. Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
