Role Description The Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building robust relationships with prospective and existing customers. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.



The role also involves maintaining sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitors, and contributing to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with effective negotiation and client communication skills.
Solid presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the company in meetings and events.
Comfort with basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and using data to track performance and opportunities.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage time and priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to work in office in the Mohali district and travel locally for client visits as needed.
