Role Description The Guest Service Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Patna. The individual in this position supports guests throughout their airport experience, including welcoming passengers, assisting with check-in, guiding them through boarding procedures, and addressing inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Daily tasks include handling reservations, coordinating with airline and ground staff, managing guest concerns, and providing accurate information on flight schedules, services, and policies. The role also involves maintaining service desks, ensuring explicit signage and orderly queues, and following all safety and security protocols. The Guest Service Associate is expected to work in shifts, collaborate with colleagues,



and consistently uphold PASPL’s standards for guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong guest-focused skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service, with a commitment to creating a positive experience for all travelers.
Solid Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering courteous, solution-oriented support.
Experience with Reservations, including booking, modifying, and confirming travel arrangements accurately and efficiently.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and interact with diverse guests and team members.
Ability to work in office in Patna in a fast-paced airport environment, including adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following procedures and documentation requirements.
Comfort with basic computer systems and reservation or check-in software; prior aviation or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, travel, or aviation services is a plus.
