We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer follow-ups, maintain robust customer relationships, and coordinate with carpenters regarding daily work schedules and project updates.

Key Responsibilities:
Regularly follow up with customers regarding their enquiries, appointments, project progress, and pending requirements.
Maintain proper communication with customers and ensure their queries and concerns are addressed on time.
Build and maintain strong, qualified, and positive customer relationships throughout the project process.
Coordinate with carpenters and internal teams regarding daily work schedules and project activities.




Follow up on pending work and ensure proper coordination between customers and the execution team.
Provide customers with regular updates regarding work progress and schedules.
Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups, appointments, and work updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills: Valuable communication skills, customer handling, follow-up, coordination, relationship management, and basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
