Required Skills and Qualifications
Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a degree may be preferred.
Experience : Proven experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
Problem-Solving Abilities : Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary to handle customer issues effectively.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is often required.
Issue Resolution : Efficiently resolve customer complaints and inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.
Data Management : Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Collaboration :



Work with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets, tracking and analyzing customer feedback to propose improvements.
