A Cafe Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a café environment. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and take food and beverage orders politely
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, and other café items
Operate coffee machines and basic kitchen equipment
Handle cash, digital payments, and billing accurately
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and work areas
Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Assist customers with menu recommendations
Support team members during busy hours

Required Skills :
Good communication and customer service skills




Basic knowledge of coffee preparation or café operations
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
Teamwork and positive attitude
Basic math skills for billing and payments
Time management and multitasking ability

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage

Salary (Typical in India)
₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and location)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
