Basic Eligibility and Qualifications

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA (Role-dependent; MBA with minimum 60% for Field RM).

Skills: Solid communication in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge (Excel/), and a sales-driven attitude.

Work Schedules: Day shifts, rotational shifts, and US night shifts (5-day or 6-day work weeks based on domain). Transport facility provided for night shifts as applicable.
