Description

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop operational and executive dashboards in Dynatrace.
Create custom visualizations, metrics, and reports using Dynatrace Data Explorer and DQL.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to define monitoring and reporting requirements.
Develop dashboards for performance monitoring, SLA/SLO tracking, and service health visibility.
Optimize dashboard usability and ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM/Observability.
Robust knowledge of Dynatrace Dashboards, Data Explorer, and DQL.
Valuable understanding of application, infrastructure, and cloud monitoring.
Ability to translate technical and business requirements into meaningful visual insights.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications
Dynatrace certification.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP settings.
Exposure/understanding of DevOps and ITSM ecosystems (BMC Helix will be a plus)
