About the Role

You will work closely with the CX, Product, and R&D; teams to ensure customers receive accurate information and the best support.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Respond to customer queries related to products, ingredients, and usage.
Explain scientific and nutritional concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Provide product consultations and guidance to customers.
Create and update FAQs, knowledge documents, and help articles.
Identify common customer issues and share feedback with Product/R&D; teams.
Support product improvement by sharing customer insights.
Maintain high response quality, empathy, and professionalism.

Required Skills :



1.Solid foundation in Life Sciences / Nutrition / Biotechnology with ability to explain product concepts clearly to customers.

2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

3.Experience in speaking with customers and resolving concerns with a good understanding of the product.

4.Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and other computer tools for tracking and reporting.

5.Internship or work experience in labs, healthcare, pharma, wellness companies, or startup settings is an added advantage.

6.Solid problem-solving, multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
