We are looking for a well-spoken and skilled Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries for our e-commerce brand, Xctasy.co .

The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries on calls and WhatsApp.
Provide support related to products, orders, delivery, payments, and returns.
Resolve customer concerns in a polite and skilled manner.
Coordinate with the team whenever customer issues need internal support.
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements :
Good English communication skills are required.
Positive Hindi communication skills.
Polite, patient, and confident speaking style.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer support experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
