Skin Heal Solutions is a specialized Ayurvedic Dermatology and Trichology center dedicated to treating skin and hair disorders through a holistic and patient-centric approach.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a qualified manner.
Manage patient registrations, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic billing records.
Manage daily appointment calendars and ensure timely patient communication.
Handle patient feedback and resolve basic queries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Support administrative tasks as required by the center.

Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception,



front office, customer service, or healthcare administration.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience.
Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or wellness center operations is an added advantage.

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹15000 per month (based on experience and skills) + Incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
