Working Days : Monday to Friday Working Hours : 10 hours per day (US Shift) including 1-hour break

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Act as a liaison between US clients and the internal design team.
Understand design requirements related to vector files, business cards, envelopes, or promotional product mock-ups.
Accurately communicate customer instructions and expectations to graphic designers.
Make outbound calls to confirm artwork details and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide follow-up support to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Maintain high-quality documentation of communication and order details.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in commerce , Arts , or Journalism .
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Solid attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of graphic design concepts is a plus (not mandatory).
