Resolve order, delivery, return, replacement, and warranty-related issues. :
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely issue resolution. :
Track customer complaints and ensure prompt closure. :
Update customer interactions in CRM/Excel. :
Assist customers with product information and order status. :
Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet response time SLAs. :
Escalate critical issues to the concerned department when required
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
