Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle order-related issues (order status, delays, cancellations, returns, refunds).
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams
Assist customers with product information and website usage
Follow up on unresolved cases until closure
Skills Required :
Valuable communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
Knowledge of CMS software such as or Zoho CRM.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Women who are willing to start/restart their career can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
