Job description: Job responsibilities will include the following.
Managing Large amount of Inbound and Call Backs calls in timely Manner
Following of call Center ‘Scripts’
Identifying Customer’s needs, clarify information, research every
issue and providing Solutions.
Keep records of all Conversations in our call Center database in
Comprehensive way.
Online chats on daily.
Replying to the QUERY mails.
Complaints and Inquiries, Keeping our Customers Satisfaction at the
core of every decision and behaviors.
Performing other duties as assigned by the HOD.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
