Job description

We are a growing electrical wires and cables distribution company looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Billing Executive to manage our daily dispatch operations, billing, and customer coordination. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of logistics, accounts, and customer service.
Billing & Accounting : Generate accurate GST invoices and maintain records using Tally Prime .
Dispatch Coordination : Coordinate daily with warehouse staff to ensure correct stock picking and organize timely vehicle placement with transport vendors.
Logistics Management : Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and track shipments until they reach the customer.
Payment Follow-ups : Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and reconciliation.
Documentation : Maintain organized digital and physical records using MS Word and Excel.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
