Assistant Planning Manager - Auramah Valley Location : Naldehra, Shimla Experience : 5+ Years

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and work programs.
Monitor project progress and track milestones against planned schedules.
Develop and update project reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Prepare, review, and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Verify contractor bills, client bills, and work certifications.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams for planning and resource allocation.
Identify project delays and propose corrective action plans.
Maintain project documentation related to planning, billing, and progress tracking.
Support cost control and budget monitoring activities.
Assist in project forecasting and resource planning.

Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and coordination.
Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing, quantity estimation, and project documentation.




Extensive hands-on experience with planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and related project management tools .
Good understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and scheduling techniques.
Robust analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury residential, or interior projects will be preferred.
