Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT Recruitment)
Location: Mahalakshmi Nagar, Indore Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 (In-Hand) Experience: 2 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Responsibilities :
End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. :
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. :
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients. :
Managing offer rollouts and onboarding coordination. :
Building and maintaining a solid talent pipeline.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. :
Positive knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques. :
Robust communication and interpersonal skills. :
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets. :
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools. :
Immediate joiners will be given preference. : Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
