Operational Management : Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring productive and accurate dispensing of medications while maintaining compliance with legal and safety standards. 2 :
Staff Management : Recruit, train, and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Manage staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work workplace. 2 :
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer care, addressing inquiries about medications, potential drug interactions, and general health advice. Ensure that the pharmacy meets customer satisfaction goals. 2 :
Inventory Control : Manage inventory levels, order medications and supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals. Monitor expiration dates and manage stock to minimize waste. 2 :
Financial Oversight : Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of patient care. 2 :
Regulatory Compliance :



Ensure that the pharmacy adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the dispensing of medications and healthcare services. 2 :

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education : A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and a valid pharmacy license are typically required. 1 :
Experience : Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a managerial role, is often necessary. Familiarity with pharmacy operations and regulations is essential. 2 :
Leadership Skills : Robust leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive performance. 2 :
