Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating concerns when necessary.

Maintain customer records and update relevant information in company systems.
Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
