Process: Voice (Inbound & Outbound Customer Support)

Language Requirement: Hindi & English (mandatory) + Any ONE Regional Language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the Traya Voice Process. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a high-quality service experience in a structured and performance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally (inbound/outbound)
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
Follow quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet daily productivity and performance targets (KPIs)

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates (Freshers can apply)





Non-Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
Proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)
