Required Skills & Qualifications
Language : Excellent spoken and written English (Transparent articulation, neutral accent).
Education : Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience : 0 to 3 years of experience in an International BPO/Voice Process (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome!).
Shift Flexibility : Comfortable working in a night/rotational US shift environment.
Attributes : Strong active listening, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
