Source new savings/current accounts from branch catchments, corporates (salary accounts), and self-sourced leads.
Account Activation & Engagement : Ensure accounts are active with UPI linkage, minimum balances, and initial funding.
Cross-Selling : Promote and sell other bank products like insurance, mutual funds (MF), fixed/recurring deposits (FD/RD), and loans.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for recent accounts and product penetration.
Relationship Management : Build robust customer relationships, resolve queries, and provide excellent service.
Field Activities : Conduct market research, participate in corporate events, and perform micro-marketing for lead generation.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
