Operations Management : Oversee daily housekeeping activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
Staff Supervision : Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff (room attendants, laundry, public area attendants).
Inspections : Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to meet brand quality standards and safety policies.
Inventory Control : Monitor and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, guest amenities, linens, and uniforms.
Guest Service : Address guest requests and complaints efficiently, facilitating immediate resolutions.
Reporting : Maintain department records, such as room status reports, and assist with inventory stock-takes.
Coordination : Work with the Maintenance/Engineering department to ensure timely repairs.
