Job Description Senior Recruiter - Oracle ERP (Fusion & EBS)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter with proven hiring experience in Oracle ERP - Fusion and E-Business Suite (EBS) technologies. The role requires robust exposure to Middle East markets, especially Saudi Arabia (KSA) , and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for niche ERP requirements. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs across Fusion and EBS modules .
Build and maintain strong pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients .
Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus).




Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline onboarding and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of recruitment experience in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS).
Robust understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).
Prior experience hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven workplace.
