You will work closely with our international team, attending weekly meetings to stay aligned on updates, workflows, and customer needs. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive customer information.

This is a full time, work-from-office role , operating in the USA shift .

Responsibilities :
Assist users with onboarding, software-related questions, and basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with international team members
Participate in weekly team meetings
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive data

Requirements :
Graduate (any stream)
Must have clear and qualified English communication skills with a neutral or US-accent preferred
Strong computer and internet skills
Comfortable using online tools and software




Willing to work USA shift from office

Preferred :
Background in Computer Science is a plus
