We are looking for motivated fresher’s to join our team as Property Advisors for Newtown area . You don’t need prior experience. Team will provide comprehensive training to teach you everything about the property market, client handling, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Area Specialization : Learn the ins and outs of the Newtown residential and commercial real estate market.
Client Interaction : Accompany prospective buyers to property sites in Newtown and explain project features, amenities, and pricing.
Lead Management : Call potential leads, understand their property requirements, and schedule site visits.
Deal Support : Assist senior managers in closing property deals and handling basic documentation.

What We Are Looking For
Eligibility : Open to freshers (Recent graduates in any stream are welcome).
Communication& Body language :



Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills with confident body language.
Locality Knowledge : Familiarity with the Newtown area/routes is a major plus.
Attitude : A high energy level, positive attitude, and a solid hunger to learn and earn.
