Front Desk Receptionist: Core ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Visitor Management
Greeting & Hospitality : Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and vendors with a skilled and welcoming demeanor.
Visitor Protocol : Manage the sign-in/sign-out process, issue visitor badges, and verify identity to ensure school security.
Inquiry Handling : Answer incoming phone calls, redirect inquiries to appropriate departments, and provide accurate information regarding school policies and schedules.
Message Routing : Efficiently record and deliver messages to staff, teachers, and students.

Administrative Support
Student Attendance : Track daily attendance, process late arrivals, and handle early dismissal procedures according to school policy.
Correspondence : Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official school communications.
Data Entry : Update student and staff records in the school’s management system (SMS/ERP).
Meeting Coordination : Maintain the school’s master calendar, book meeting rooms for parent-teacher conferences,



and assist in scheduling appointments for the administration.

Operational Coordination
Notice Board Management : Keep public information boards, posters, and digital displays updated with current events and announcements.
Emergency Preparedness : Coordinate the front-office response and ensure the emergency contact list is always current.
