Kuepa Bakehouse is currently hiring for our upcoming café. We focus on curating memorable experiences for our customers by making every order thoughtful and special. We are currently building a motivated and like-minded team that values consistency, quality, attention to detail, creativity and hospitality.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to drive our breads and viennoiserie department as we launch our bakery cafe.

Responsibilities
Produce breads, croissants, pain au chocolat and other bread based products.
Manage dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, lamination and baking.
Maintain consistency, quality and food safety standards.
Assist with recipe development and recent product creation.
Help build, train, and mentor the bakery team.
Contribute to creating a positive, cooperative workplace culture.

Requirements :




Experience in artisan bread and viennoiserie production.
Strong understanding of fermentation and laminated dough techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Leadership skills and a team-first mindset.
Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
