As the face of our hotel, you will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable stay for our guests through professional service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and handling check-ins/check-outs professionally
Managing reservations and guest inquiries
Coordinating with housekeeping and operations teams
Handling guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently
Maintaining front desk records and daily reports
Ensuring smooth front office operations during shifts
Providing excellent customer service with a hospitality-first approach

Requirements :
Passionate about hospitality and guest service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and qualified appearance
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge and PMS software knowledge preferred
Prior hotel/front office experience is an added advantage




Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn can also apply
