Core Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service : Greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with product selection, and handling returns or complaints.
Merchandising & Stock : Restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly priced and organized.
Operational Tasks : Operating cash registers, processing card/cash payments, and maintaining a clean, protected store workplace.
Inventory Control : Receiving deliveries, checking for damaged goods, and notifying management of low stock levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication : Robust verbal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for long periods,



lift, bend, and move stock.
Technical Literacy : Familiarity with POS systems, scanners, and, in some cases, inventory software.

Common Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not always required).
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but often not necessary for entry-level positions. Indeed +4
