Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer reconciliations.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and achievement of monthly cash collection targets.
Monitor AR ageing, overdue balances, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and implement corrective actions.
Review and approve customer credit limits in accordance with the company's credit policy.
Manage customer credit blocks and recommend order releases based on risk assessment.
Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to resolve billing and payment disputes.
Prepare weekly and monthly AR dashboards, ageing reports, collection forecasts, and management MIS.
Drive periodic customer account reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
Recommend provisions for doubtful debts and support bad debt recovery efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Lead month-end close activities related to Accounts Receivable.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the AR function.
Develop, coach, and manage the AR team to ensure high performance and adherence to SLAs

Requirements:



Experience in leading AR and collections teams.
Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
Expertise in Accounts Receivable accounting and customer reconciliations.
Robust knowledge of credit management and collections.
Experience with ageing analysis, DSO, bad debt provisioning, and cash flow forecasting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of internal controls and audit requirements.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Supply Chain.
Strong commercial acumen with a balanced approach to risk and business growth.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
