As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our agile team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Senior Accountant at GEDSPL, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health and reporting of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
General Ledger Management: Conduct monthly and year-end closing processes Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger.
Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure financial accuracy.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and central tax laws and regulations.



Prepare and submit tax filings accurately and timely.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a cooperative and growth-oriented work environment.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the finance and accounting function.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or skilled certifications (e.g., CA/CS) is a plus.
Proven experience (10 years) as a Senior Accountant or similar role, preferably in Textile or Manufacturing Industry.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime or Tally ERP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
