Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have experience in AR Calling, Insurance Follow-up, and handling outstanding healthcare claims.

Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and pending claims.
Check claim status and identify reasons for payment delays.
Handle insurance follow-ups and denial-related queries.
Coordinate with insurance representatives to resolve claim issues.
Maintain accurate records of AR follow-up activities.




Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
Knowledge of AR Calling and Insurance Follow-up.
Understanding of healthcare claim status and payment follow-up.
Basic knowledge of Denial Management and claim resolution.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Willingness to work in the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).

Preferred Candidates
Candidates with prior US Healthcare AR Calling experience.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
