About the Role

Gagan Travels is looking for a proactive and social-media savvy Sales & Content Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining client acquisition, lead management, and content creation for our social media channels. You'll work closely with the owner to bring in current car rental clients, respond to enquiries, and help create engaging content showcasing our fleet and services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management
Handle inbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram/Facebook DMs
Respond promptly to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Make outbound calls to potential clients, referrals, and past customers
Follow up consistently with leads until closure
Maintain a simple tracker/CRM of lead status and follow-ups
Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and group travel organizers

Content Creation




Assist in shooting reels and videos on a smartphone (framing, stability, basic direction)
Research and suggest trending audio, formats, and content ideas relevant to travel
Perform basic video editing using apps like CapCut or InShot
Help plan and maintain a easy content calendar
Post content and respond to comments/DMs on social platforms

Requirements :
Valuable communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English
Comfortable talking to clients over phone and in person
Active user of Instagram/YouTube with an understanding of current trends
Basic knowledge of smartphone videography and editing apps
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in travel/tourism sales is a plus but not mandatory
Should be based in or willing to commute to Chandigarh
