We are seeking a seasoned Data & AI Business Development with 8 years of industry experience to drive strategic growth initiatives and foster partnerships in the Data & AI domain for India market.

"MUST HAVES"
Experience in selling data analytics, artificial intelligence, AI Based solutions.
Experience in AI Solution sales for India market is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years in Identifying and developing current business opportunities in Data & AI solutions.
Experience in hunting new logos for Manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Data & AI sector.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs.
Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Support the creation of strategic go-to-market plans and partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on AI and data strategy.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.




Monitor key performance metrics and report on business development activities.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting and at least 2 years within Data, AI, or related technology sectors.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
Solid understanding of data analytics, machine learning, AI technologies, and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with enterprise clients and managing large-scale contracts.
Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications (e.g., Manufacturing).
Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI principles.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
