Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests visiting the amusement park.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Assist guests with ticketing, rides, park facilities, and general information.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest issues.
Maintain qualified communication and a customer-friendly attitude.
Support daily guest service operations.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations,



Customer Service, Hospitality, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced amusement park workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
