Key Responsibilities
• Handle trade banking activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), import transactions, and stock statements.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation activities.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
• Handle ROC filings and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Manage book finalization and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with junior team members and resolve their queries.
• Handle statutory audits and coordinate with auditors as required. Required Skills
• Solid knowledge of trade banking operations.
• Valuable understanding of direct and indirect taxation.
• Experience in GST and TDS return filing.
• Knowledge of ROC filings and books finalization.
• Team coordination and problem-solving skills.
