Key Responsibilities : 1. Operation Theatre (OT) Duties :
Prepare and assist during surgeries
Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment and autoclave
Maintain sterilization of instruments, linen, and OT workplace
Manage OT instruments, supplies, and records
Prepare surgical sets and ensure aseptic conditions
Assisting Doctors :
Assist in medication, injections, and patient preparation
Support doctors in procedures and ward activities
Handle sample collection and basic investigations
Patient Care :
Pre-operative preparation and patient counseling
Post-operative care, discharge explanation, and feedback collection
Provide transparent follow-up instructions
Additional Responsibilities :
Work across OT, Ward, CSSD, and Recovery areas
Supervise housekeeping in OT and recovery
Participate in camps/emergency duties (including Sundays if required)
Ensure proper maintenance and periodic checking of equipment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
