Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
Job Posting: Publish job vacancies on relevant platforms and recruitment portals.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
Candidate Calling: Contact candidates, explain job prospects and conduct initial screening.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with client HR teams.
Client Coordination: Understand clients’ hiring requirements, job descriptions, salary budgets and candidate expectations.
Candidate Follow-ups: Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, selection and joining.
Database Management: Maintain updated candidate records, resumes and recruitment trackers.
Salary Negotiation: Coordinate salary discussions between candidates and clients.
Joining Coordination: Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
