.Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' communication skills and experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and discuss offer details with selected candidates.
Manage offer releases and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
