RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Full ownership. No hand holding. Each account is yours, end to end, from plan to results.
• Hands on. You do the audits, keyword mapping and briefs yourself.
• Client facing. Senior marketing leads and founders will be in your calls.
• Cross team. You work closely with client developers and writers, who carry out what you specify. PRIMARY FOCUS: 01 Technical audits: crawl, indexation, architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, hreflang. 02 Developer specs: transparent specs a client's dev team can ship without back and forth. 03 Keyword strategy: research and keyword to page mapping across all intents. 04 On page: titles, meta, headings, internal linking,



schema and page structure. 05 Content planning: topic clusters, calendars, writer briefs and draft reviews. 06 GEO/AEO: get clients cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. 07 Migrations: run redesigns and site launches from an SEO view so no traffic is lost. 08 Tracking: GA4, Search Console and Looker Studio, tied to leads and revenue. 09 Reporting: monthly reports on what moved, why, and what comes next. 10 Monitoring: catch ranking drops and indexing issues before the client does. 11 Pre sales: audit prospect websites and help shape proposals.
