Role Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Resdex, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings,



and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and offer discussions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Advantages.
Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
