Responsibilities
Supervise nurses and ward attendants.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
Ensure all patients receive proper care and attention.
Maintain patient records and reports correctly.
Check cleanliness and hygiene in the ward.
Ensure medicines, supplies, and equipment are available.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
Train and guide recent nursing staff.
Follow hospital rules, policies, and safety procedures.
Report any incidents or problems to higher authorities.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.
Must be registered with the Nursing Council.
