Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT / NON IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, qualified networks, referrals, and internal databases.
Maintain robust communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documentation processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.
