Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative responsible for customer calling, generating online leads, following up with prospective customers, and converting inquiries into business prospects.

Key Responsibilites:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate current business leads through online platforms, social media, and other digital channels.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide product information.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.




Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Maintain daily calling and lead generation reports.

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Ability to generate and manage online leads.
Customer-oriented approach and strong follow-up skills.
