Branch Operations Management
Responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the preschool branch.
Ensure opening and closing of centre on time as per schedule.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and security of children at all times.
Maintain infrastructure, toys, teaching aids and property in positive condition.
Manage housekeeping and support staff.
Admissions & Revenue
Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
Attend all enquiries - walk-in, phone and online.
Conduct effective school tour and parent counselling.
Regular follow-up with prospective parents for conversion.
Plan and execute marketing activities in nearby areas.
Academic Excellence
Ensure implementation of Williez curriculum and daily planners.
Observe classes regularly and provide feedback to teachers.
Ensure all teaching materials and resources are available in class.
Plan for events, celebrations, field trips and special days.
Team Management
Lead, motivate and manage team of teachers and maids.




Allocate duties and prepare daily and weekly rosters.
Conduct regular staff meetings and briefings.
Identify training needs and coordinate with HO for training.
Maintain staff discipline and professionalism.
Parent Relationship Management
Build positive and long-term relationship with parents.
Address parent queries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct Parent Teacher Meetings and orientations.
Ensure regular parent communication via WhatsApp groups and circulars.
Administration & Compliance
Maintain all student records, staff records, attendance and fee records.
Ensure timely fee collection and follow-up for pending fees.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to Head Office.
Ensure compliance with all company SOPs, policies and safety guidelines.
Handle petty cash and branch accounts as per policy.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
